- Wrong item is delivered
- Missing parts/accessories

If the replacement product also has an issue:
- You will receive a partial refund (up to 50%)
- Refund amount depends on product condition & issue severity

- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Unboxing video is compulsory (no cuts/edits)
- Clear proof (photos/videos) must be provided

2. Share unboxing video + issue proof
3. Our team will verify within 24–48 hours
4. Replacement will be shipped in 5–7 working days

- Change of mind
- Wrong product ordered by customer
- Minor color/design variation
- Used/damaged by customer

- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
- COD orders may be confirmed before dispatch
